UHY – Taxflash no 07/2023

On 30 June 2023, the Government issued Decree 44/2023/ND-CP (Decree 44/2023) stipulating the VAT reduction policy according to Resolution 101/2023 /QH15 dated 24 June 2023 of the National Assembly.

Decree 44/2023 stipulates value-added tax reduction from 1 July 2023 to the end of 31  December  2023 for groups of goods and services currently applying the value tax rate of 10%, except for some groups of goods and services specified in Appendices I, II & III.
